Our solutions

Infrastructure for the local laying of the optic fiber network.

Flash Fiber offers those Operators concerned, access to its own laying infrastructure (underground, aerial or building lead-in ducts) of the secondary fiber optic access network (FTTH), insofar as such is available.
Our offer comprises the following services:

– access to infrastructure for the local laying of the optic fiber network.
– access to lead-in ducts

Who are our services designed for?
Our infrastructure access services are designed for Operators authorised to provide Electronic Communications services, who intend to realise UBB services, completing FF’s services with their own backhaul/backbone infrastructure, and if necessary with their own customer access solutions, both wireless and wireline. Any information in this regard may be requested using the e-mail address sales@flashfiber.it.

Infrastructure for the local laying of the optic fiber network.

Infrastructure for the local laying of the optic fiber network.

The service consists in the assignment to Operators, in IRU (Indefeasible Right of Use) mode, for a limited period of time, and subject to Flash Fiber maintaining ownership of such, of Flash Fiber’s own Infrastructure for the Local Laying of optic fiber on public land. The purpose for which the service is provided is to permit the requesting Operator to lay its own cable designed for the supply of electronic communications services. The service offered foresees the assignment of a Minitube, per Section per Operator, on the available Local Laying Infrastructure and for which Flash Fiber is entitled to lease, or sub-lease, the rights. The unused Minitubes, or the equivalent spaces inside existing Tubes, shall only be considered available if they are not needed for the development of Flash Fiber’s FTTH network.

Requests shall be sent by e-mail, to sales@flashfiber.it and they shall be subject to the corresponding feasibility study.

Service providing access to the Lead-In Ducts

The “Lead-In Duct” consists in a cable laying infrastructure that connects the inside of a building with the first Flash Fiber access pit or chamber outside the building. The service providing access to the Lead-In Ducts is offered to Operators who intend to develop electronic communications networks based on FTTH technology, in regard to the access network for the provision of ultra broadband services. The service consists in the assignment to Operators, in IRU (Indefeasible Right of Use) mode, for a limited period of time, and subject to Flash Fiber maintaining ownership of such, of a Flash Fiber Lead-In Duct. More specifically, the service consists in the supply of a Minitube, inside an NGAN Lead-In Duct Infrastructure in FTTH areas, realised by Flash Fiber, that connects the inside of a building with the first Flash Fiber access pit or chamber of the local access network, located in the proximity of the building. Operators may utilise the Lead-In Duct, and in particular the assigned Minitube, to lay their own optic cable connecting their own local optical access network to the systems positioned inside the building. The service does not include access to infrastructure for the local laying of the optic fiber network.

Requests shall be sent by e-mail, to sales@flashfiber.it and they shall be subject to the corresponding feasibility study.
